What will you be doing?

This position is perfect for someone with introductory human resources experience looking to grow as an HRBP. The Associate HRBP is an integral support for the HRBP team. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working to support cyclical HR processes with the opportunity to exercise ownership over other workflows working directly with business leaders. This role will focus on the needs of our US employees with the opportunity to collaborate with our global teammates.

Job Responsibilities

Provide guidance to business leaders working with Circana’s HR Centers of Excellence: Talent Acquisition, Immigration, Talent Enablement, etc. Provide timely communications and follow-up correspondence to employees and business leaders Collaborate with other departments (such as Finance, HR Ops, and Talent Acquisition) to support the needs of the business Gain a deep understanding of the organization's business and HR approach Generalist HR Management: Support HRBP team with execution of on-cycle HR processes throughout the year Develop and maintain effective relationships with the business unit and ensure that high service standards are maintained. Assist in Employee Relations including HR investigations and performance management coaching. Collect and analyze data, using Excel expertise, to generate insights and recommendations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required Sound judgement, resourceful, with a strong foundational knowledge in all dimensions of human resources, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, change management, organizational development, and training Must be a self-starter, innovative, and efficient Enjoy working in a team environment and always willing to participate in getting things done Ability to effectively offer creative ideas and approaches when dealing with difficult situations SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred Experience with UKG and/or Workday a plus

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000.
