The role is for an Account Executive in the Health & Benefits practice. You will be an integral part of a team that will support and administer Health and Benefit administration solution, in a quality and efficient manner to our clients in Hong Kong. It is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team to help our clients to administer their health and benefit solutions.

Communicate effectively with clients and project teams. Attend team or client meetings as appropriate and present knowledgeable and professional image of WTW. Develop strong client relationships from client administrators to senior management. Ensure that clients’ business expectations are aligned with commitment at all times.Financial
Assists project manager or other lead consultant in determining opportunities to provide client with further services.People
Work effectively within the team dynamic. Recognize and communicate potential issues to team leader as appropriate; suggest viable solutions for improvement..The Requirements
Bachelor’s degreeRelevant experience in Employee Benefits domain area is preferred, but not required.Experience of using a CRM system.Experience of working in a service focused environment.Ability to build rapport and respond confidently to customer queries.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and CantoneseAbility to multi-task, and be mindful of deadlines.Self-motivated and ability to remain focused on clients.Committed to quality and continuous improvement.What can we offer you?
