**Description**
The principle objectives of this role are:
+ To lead timely and accurate course translation, editing, uploading and successful launching of all eLearning courses in 31 languages for all consumer⁃facing employees in every channel.
+ To manage testing, uploading and cataloging of all iOS and Android applications of online and offline versions of LMS Applications.
This role is responsible for organizing course translation, content uploading and deployment, coordinating with Blue Ocean team to ensure offline LMS content is up to date and managing the eLearning Help Desk.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Streamline and manage translation documents to meet the needs of all consumer⁃facing employees: creation of documents for static content, activity, and quiz questions/answers, and collection and organization of returned translations.
+ Upload content for all courses in LMS in all languages, edit content as requested by translators and activate course release for all consumer⁃facing employees in markets once complete in order to support the goal of increased conversion and repeat visits.
+ Test new versions of Applications, analyzing functionality with all mobile devices, to ensure compatibility that supports 100 % course completion by all consumer⁃facing employees.
+ Ensure timely signatures are completed for management of Online and Offline versions of the iOS Applications on the Apple and Google Play store.
+ Manage App Catalog, including uploading new Apps and distributing.
+ Coordinate all aspects of Offline eLearning App management and deployment with Blue Ocean team.
+ Manage all eLearning users and consumer⁃facing employees, including: problem solving all issues sent to eLearningHelp@clinique.com Inbox, bulk uploads, language changes/additions, and communicating issues and providing solutions to eLearning Assistant Manager and directing all Blue Ocean iPad questions to US Retail Help Desk.
+ Assist eLearning Assistant Manager in testing of LMS updates in Test Environment.
Other Responsibilities:
+ Assist eLearning Assistant Manager in creating complimentary digital education courses and tools that are synergistic with sales driving, consumer⁃centric experiences at every touch point.
**Qualifications**
+ Outstanding computer skills are a must, including both Mac and PC operating systems, Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Experience with iOS and Android App functionality, eLearning technology such as eLearning development software and/or learning management systems is a plus.
+ Candidates must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Candidates must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Requires a strategic and resourceful thinker who can prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.
+ Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
