Associate, Flow Control Coordinator 3rd shift
**Associate, Flow Control Coordinator 3rd shift** (Sun-Th) **Principal Accountabilities:** Oversee the daily activities of a highly automated warehouse. Analyze the order pool in the warehouse management system (PKMS) and generate waves (orders consolidated by specific parameters such as start dates, SKU count, and DC capacity which are released to the DC floor) and will position the DC Operations to meet service level agreements. Additionally, the flow planner will assist in overall workload balancing across all functional areas of the DC and provide prompt detailed communication to the DC Management team in case of any service level concerns. Interaction with the DC Management team across both shifts is essential to keep a balanced workflow. Duties also include overseeing automation, making system configuration changes, and working alongside a 3rd party vendor to ensure automation is operating to business standards. **Knowledge & Skill Requirements:** High School Degree or GED Equivalent required Years of related professional experience: 2-3 years **Knowledge & Application:** Acquires depth of expertise in multiple technical work areas and on track to becoming a subject matter expert. Order management experience within an automated driven environment with extensive experience in a large or complex technical area Knowledge of standardized rules, procedures, and operations within multiple areas Determines a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required Requires knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures Adopts holistic perspective that considers data, analytics, consumer insights, and different parts of the business **Position overview:** This position is responsible for overseeing multiple areas within a shift. Ensure the accurate and timely operation of Inbound, Processing, Outbound, Returns, Q.A. & Inventory, and Value-Added Services (VAS). Establish control-related standards and procedures. **How you Will Make a Difference:** · Promotes a Safety culture environment while ensuring training and compliance of all VF Safety policies/procedures and any other related safety requirements. · Establishes positive communication channels between cross-functional teams (Customer Service, 3rd party Vendor, and Operations) · Manages the DC’s resources according to brand volume and needs. · Provides operational updates of planning parameters. · Supports the management of each brand requests and requirements for a perfect order. · Determine criteria for waves that best suits the distribution center production capability while balancing work in all functional areas. Create waves for all orders that are sent down to PKMS. This includes retail, wholesale, and Ecom orders. · Ensure unselected orders are managed so that goals for DC turn times and customer requirements are met. · Constantly and consistently review customer specific requirements to assure orders are meeting customer guidelines. **Skills:** · Proficient in core computer skills (Microsoft Office). · Ability to balance and prioritize competing demands. · Ability to interact with all levels of management with confidence and respect. · Strong analytical and problem solving skills. · Experience and proficiency with WMS (PKMS) or other comparable WMS, RF and MHE technologies. · Experience with Power BI · Experience with Vision and SCADA · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English · Bi-lingual - Spanish preferred · Working knowledge of OSHA regulations. **Diversity:** · Identifies, attracts, and retains diverse & inclusive team members · Embraces diversity in all forms and actively supports diversity goal programs **Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:** · Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours including weekends as necessary. · Bend lift, open, and move product from 1 to 50lbs. · Warehouse environment: Must be physically capable of working in conditions normally associated with a merchandise warehouse or distribution center, such as, but not limited to, warm and cold temperatures, seeing and hearing moving equipment to stay out of harms way, and continuous power equipment noise. **Hiring Range** **:** $62,480.00 USD - $78,100.00 USD annually **Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
