Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Associate, Electrical to join our dynamic team in Singapore, Singapore. In this key role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and management of electrical engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Lead and oversee electrical engineering projects from conception to completionCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clientsProvide specialized technical input for studies and design effortsDevelop and review electrical system designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulationsPerform quality control reviews of work developed by othersContribute to the development of technical proposals and project estimatesMentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional developmentParticipate in client meetings and presentations, offering expert technical solutionsStay current with emerging technologies and sustainable design practices in electrical engineeringAssist in business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships

QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institutionMinimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record in project managementPreferably with Professional Engineer status Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detailExcellent communication and technical writing abilitiesDemonstrated leadership skills and experience in mentoring engineering teamsIn-depth understanding of sustainable design practices and their application in electrical engineeringFamiliarity with local building codes and procedures for submitting designs to relevant authoritiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficientlyStrong client relationship management skillsKnowledge of electrical systems design, implementation, and industry standards
