Function Description:
The American Express Enterprise Digital Member Experiences teams centralize web, mobile and push digital product management activities to support our businesses across the enterprise. The focus of this collaborative team is to drive growth via digital user experiences, marketing, strategy, and analytics. The team specializes in using data around digital product usage to drive improvements in the customer experience to deliver higher satisfaction and business value.
We are seeking a motivated, strategic Product Analyst who is ready to put the customer first and demonstrate mastery of end-to-end customer journeys and how to design experiences and products that people love and that also deliver clear business outcomes.
As part of the Global Comms Servicing Delivery team within Digital Servicing, this person will collaborate across business stakeholders to identify the roadmap for servicing capability for a particular business unit. The person in this role is expected to maintain & groom the backlog with the help of business stakeholders. The Product Analyst has to act as a link between stakeholders, and Teams (like scrum, Kanban, testing) to support the business.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage projects to meet Line of business/Enterprise priorities while adhering to the Lean Portfolio Management model
Partner with stakeholders to understand the business requirements and timeline
Maintain Product roadmap/backlog
Identify/raise risks, challenges and opportunities
Enable cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams within the product scope
Collect and document product requirements as features & user stories
Manage scope of work and participate in all stages of SDLC
Minimum Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development
Highly motivated and passionate for creating best-in-class products and customer experiences
A proven ability to define clear customer needs and features and gain buy-in and confidence at multiple levels of the organization
Experience delivering new experiences and business metrics with a customer-first mindset
Experience working with Engineering and process teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive decision making, collaboration and alignment
Ability to build strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders and take a proactive approach to collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
Agile SAFe experience
Experience with Servicing or Digital Experiences
Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
