The Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) enables high quality, innovative marketing through marketing campaign consultation & execution; and developing best-in-class products & processes which modernize the end-to-end marketing ecosystem. Every year, we help our business and marketing partners across the enterprise launch more than 28,000 marketing campaigns worldwide and sits withing American Express's Membership Portfolio Services (MPS) organization. MPS, within our US Consumer Services Business, is responsible for developing and scaling several growing businesses that are strategically important to American Express. We are developing unique and differentiated ways to strengthen the Membership Model across Amex Offers, Advertising, Dining and Marketing 

How will you make an impact in this role?

We are looking for an Assoc-Digital Product Manager to join the Global Web & Seo Solutions (GWSS) team, to support the EMEA region in all the day to day task’s needed in growing the relationship with each market, you will be part of a large team spread across the global that heavily believe in collaboration and supporting each other. You will have the opportunity to lead transformation projects that help build the reputation of your and self and the team.

Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day operations of the online marketing campaign launches & delivery processes, including on-time delivery, rush requests scheduling, audit support and training.Involve in content build needs, as needed and project manage end to end needs of the marketsEnsure all AEM based Content Management System(CMS) content solutions deliver best in class experiences, in line with Design, UX and SEO strategy and principlesProvide GWS technical & process consultation to Marketing and all key stakeholders.Act as a liaison between Marketing and Technology teams - translate business needs to our technology partners and explain capability/platform functionality to Marketing.Support Audit, Training, process documentation, volume forecasting and reporting needs.Participate in business-driven projects as Subject Matter Experts of the tool/platform and perform user acceptance training/testing as needed.Ancillary responsibilities include supporting other Marketing Capabilities and future capabilities as needed.Support the leader in all relevant activities.

Minimum Qualifications

Digital content management and / or web product design experienceGood awareness of SEO & UX principles, web standards and accessibility guidelines – WCAG 2.0 & W3CStrong organisational skills – detail oriented and ability to juggle and drive results across multiple projects to deadline Strong communication (both written and verbal) – ability to liaise and collaborate with stakeholders, understand needs and influence them towards the right solution. Ability to feel comfortable in a changing environment – able to adapt / flex approach according to needs Fast learner, with ability to use own initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude towards problem solving and decision making


Preferred Qualifications

Ability to flex working across multiple time zones when required

Not essential but a plus experience using Adobe Experience Manager
