Role and Responsibility
Receive policy servicing requests submissions
Register policy servicing requests in PS Handling
Update changes policy info in system
Send Acceptance/ Rejection Email to Customers
Make Customer Calls as Policy Servicing
Make Policy Filing in document folder and record the List in Excel
Make a request to finance team for advance payment
Assist customer direct interactions and customer service reporting
Supervise and monitor the daily tasks of the customer service representatives
Handle the inquiry calls if and when required
Manage the document storage process.
Review UAT testing results and outcomes as necessary.
Requirements
University graduate and other related qualifications will be highly preferred.
Good Communication in English and Burmese
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
