As a Contracts Associate, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that McGraw Hill’s legal agreements are sound, compliant, and efficiently executed. Your work will directly support our mission to build strong supplier relationships and deliver strategic business value through world-class procurement operations. How Will You Make an Impact? In this role, you’ll review and negotiate commercial contracts, support internal compliance efforts, and collaborate across departments to support a smooth Source-to-Settle process. You’ll also help develop tools and playbooks that support contract strategy, contributing to a stronger, more efficient contracting function within GPO. This is a Remote position and is open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within Mexico. What can you expect from the position: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of contracts (IP, IT, content, services, commercial agreements). Ensuring compliance with internal policies (data ethics, accessibility, tax, and financial). Supporting contract workflows and documentation across the CM and GPO functions. Communicating with stakeholders to deliver consistent, timely contracting services. Supporting the creation of contract playbooks, training content, and team knowledge materials. Staying current on industry trends and internal process updates related to contracting. What can you bring to the role: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in law, contract administration, or procurement. Minimum 3 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Familiarity with procurement systems and contracting platforms. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and related tools. In-house or procurement experience strongly preferred. Background in publishing, EdTech, or technology sectors is a plus. Why Work with Us?
