Overview The Associate, Client Operations plays a crucial role in supporting internal account teams and ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes across client campaigns. This position focuses on managing the back-end processes of campaign execution, data analysis, and operational support. It is a key role for someone looking to develop their expertise in digital or affiliate marketing, with opportunities for career growth within the organization. Responsibilities Do these things interest you? You will: · Campaign Execution & Coordination: Assist in the execution of affiliate marketing campaigns for a portfolio of clients, including asset management and campaign communication. · Program Execution: Support internal account teams with the execution of standard program operations, including campaign support, payout management, and partnerships. · Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Account Management, Media Investment and Technical Support to ensure seamless execution of tasks, timely completion of deliverables, and problem resolution. · Technology & Tool Management: Leverage internal and external marketing platforms & technology to complete campaign execution, tracking, and reporting. Qualifications · You have a Bachelor's Degree or related work experience. · You are passionate about providing excellent service to internal and external customers. · You are driven to succeed. · You are a clear and effective communicator. · You are able to work independently and collaborate with your team to solve complex issues. · You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. · You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. · You have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. · You are respectful to varying opinions and perspectives. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
