Associate, Campaign Ops - Ads & Promotions
About the Team Symbisosys offers advertisers the ability to buy ads with DoorDash offsite on Google, Meta and other walled gardens. The team supports advertiser campaigns through retailers like Macy’s, Best Buy and DoorDash. The Campaign ops team is integral to our mission of helping retailers scale their offsite Retail Media Business providing world-class service to both our advertisers and retail partners. About the Role In this role, you will be directly responsible for building and maintaining high performing campaigns within the Symbiosys platform for advertising partners. The role focuses on building campaigns based on strategic media plans, providing campaign reporting and executing optimizations as needed. You will: + Create Campaigns. Traffic ad campaigns in the Symbiosys platform including loading assets, selecting targeting and setting performance goals. + Monitor Performance. Make sure active campaigns are performing as expected and troubleshoot any issues with ad delivery, targeting or platform compliance. + Optimize Campaigns. Execute campaign optimizations based on client feedback or best practices. + Be a Platform Subject Matter Expert. Stay up to date on ad platform changes and best practices. You will report to the Symbiosys Head of Strategy on our Business Operations team. We’re excited about you because… + You have 2+ years experience with Meta and other offsite ad platforms building performance campaigns with special emphasis on ecommerce and retail campaigns. + You’re exceptionally organized and able to operate in a complex and changing workplace with accuracy and speed. + You have a high attention to detail and the ability to execute consistently independently. + You love to learn and are digitally savvy, interested in broadening your skills and figuring out problems that don’t always have an easy answer. + You have strong communication skills collaborating with others in a hybrid and remote environment. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
