**Overview**
**This is a Hybrid role with 3 days a week in office in our Downtown New York City office**
Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to support the US Marketing Services HQ team. This role is essential to our team’s successful execution of implementations, deployments, and consulting projects across agencies within Publicis Groupe.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative problem-solver with strong organizational skills and a passion for operational excellence. You’ll work closely with senior team members to support planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives.
**Responsibilities**
· Support senior team members across all stages of project planning and delivery
· Track, manage, and report on the progress and performance of multiple initiatives
· Identify and help manage project risks and interdependencies
· Coordinate deliverables across multiple people and workstreams
· Assist in drafting project briefs, timelines, and scopes of work
· Create and maintain project calendars, meeting recaps, and presentation materials
· Prepare and distribute regular status updates for internal and external stakeholders
· Review team deliverables for quality and consistency before stakeholder submission
· Facilitate internal meetings and follow-up communications
· Maintain accurate documentation and support administrative tasks as needed
**Qualifications**
· 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination, operations, or similar support role
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred but not required.
· Strong ability to design and enhance PowerPoint presentations with clarity, consistency, and visual polish
· Proficiency in PowerPoint (including slide design and formatting best practices) and Excel
· Demonstrated ability to grow in responsibility and impact
**Required Skills & Competencies**
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for executive stakeholders
· Ability to interpret and relay project updates and changes clearly
· Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
· Solid problem-solving skills with a neutral, solutions-oriented approach
· High attention to detail and follow-through
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Compensation Range: $49,305 - $71,645 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
