Job Title: Associate, Application Development Job Location: Melbourne, FL Job Description: The L3Harris Enterprise Automation team is seeking an Associate Application Developer with hands-on exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts (BA), Blue Prism Admins and business owners of business processes—to develop, deploy and maintain intelligent automation solutions that drive efficiency and scalability across the enterprise. As an Associate, Application Developer, you will be trained under senior developers automating business processes using the automation platform Blue Prism. You will play an important role in advancing L3Harris' enterprise automation strategy, streamlining operations, and enabling greater business impact through automation. Essential Functions: + Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand business objectives and clarify requirements for RPA solution design. + Translate business needs into accurate, scalable technical solutions with guidance as needed. + Participate in detailed solution designs under supervision of senior developers; build and test robust automations, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in post-deployment support with oversight. + Learn and apply RPA best practices to build enterprise-grade automations; prepare for design and code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards. + Maintain comprehensive documentation for each automation, including Solution Design Documents and Operational Handbooks. + Contribute to project alignment by supporting coordination between business expectations and deliverables in a collaborative team environment, under supervision. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree: Computer Science, Information Technology 0-1 years prior relevant experience Preferred Additional Skills: + Demonstrated experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and refine functional requirements under supervision. + Hands-on experience in developing RPA solutions using platforms such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation anywhere, Power Automate or similar automation platforms. + Familiarity with integrating RPA or other solutions with APIs, OCR technologies, and web services. + Knowledge of key components and deliverables within the Blue Prism Robotic Operating Model (ROM). + Exposure of integrating AI and machine learning algorithms to manage unstructured data and support advanced decision-making. + Understanding of complex business processes within large-scale enterprise environments. + Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced, high-pressure settings. + Strong communication and presentation skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to work under moderate supervision as a part of the team. + Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems like SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is [$70,500.00 MIN - $129,500.00 MAX]. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is [$61,000.00 MIN - $113,000.00 MAX]. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
