Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 

To provide agency administrative and portfolio management supports for Project Finance, Commodities Finance and Corporate Finance, etc. where Rabobank acts as the Facility and/or Security AgentReview and provide comments on draft documentation and negotiate with relevant parties in the capacity of the AgentEnsure conditions precedent are complied with before approving drawdowncovenant monitoring and follow up condition subsequent documentsHandle technical tasks such as waivers, amendment and default, etc.Handle and safe keep original documentationLiaise and develop the network with both internal and external parties regarding Agency activitiesLiaise with overseas Agency team in connection with Operations activities as well as inputting agency deals in the system.Handle any system enhancements and/or other project assignments as requiredTake on other duties from time to time as assigned by Team Head

Skills and Qualification:

Tertiary education requiredAt least 7 years’ experience in Syndicated Loan Agency preferably in Portfolio Management (Strong candidates with less exposure may be considered for the Senior Analyst role)Good commercial and legal understanding of the latest industry requirements and practices in the Syndicated Loan marketGood interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with internal and external parties for all topics and at all levelsExperience with system changes and User Acceptance Testing / migration is an advantageLanguages: English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage (both spoken and written)
