Associate, Advisory-Managed New Accounts | 9/29/25 Training Class
**Job Description Summary** Start Date: September 29, 2025 This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. After the training period, in office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in one of the following locations: St. Petersburg, FL or Memphis, TN. Training: During the 16-week training period, associates will be expected to be in-office Monday-Thursday, and training from home on Fridays. Training hours will be from 8am-5pm. We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven professional to join our team. This role involves researching and resolving a variety of issues by navigating multiple systems, collaborating with internal departments, and maintaining strong communication with branches and Financial Advisors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for opening new accounts on our managed, fee-based account platform and addressing moderate to complex client and operational issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as this position requires clear and effective interaction across multiple stakeholders. **Job Description** **Responsibilities** • Follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct. • Answer the telephone and assist callers or those making varied inquiries by email or mail with any basic requests for information, directing more complex matters to colleagues, as necessary. • Conduct data entry into company systems, and review and verify the information to ensure accuracy and accessibility. • Maintain files and records. **Skills** • Works at a basic level to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task.
