Job Title: Associate, Accounts Payable and Invoicing Job Description Accounts payable associates review invoices for accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies before approving payment. The accounts payable (AP) department keeps the system running smoothly by managing invoices and paying vendors and suppliers. AP staff helps to process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
