**Overview** **How You’ll Make an Impact** ️We are looking for an Associate, Accountant to join our financial team. This position will report directly to the Team Lead, Accounting and will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the accounting department. We are seeking someone proactive, organized, and eager to learn and grow within the accounting field. You will be received guidance from a Senior Accountant. You’ll collaborate daily with cross-functional teams within Finance and other departments, working closely with key partners to ensure financial and accounting accuracy. This role drives key accounting initiatives that directly support business growth, ensuring financial accuracy and contributing to continuous improvements in accounting processes. **What You’ll Achieve** + Collaborate with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification and payment tracking. + Support month-end and year-end closing procedures. + Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial accounts. + Prepare and process journal entries. + Help with the preparation of financial reports and assist in data entry for financial statements. + Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. + Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure the timely filing of documents. + Support the accounting team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests as needed. **Who You Are** + **What you’ll bring with you:** + 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices. + Intermediate in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software + Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Intermediate level of English. + Accounting student (intermediate). + **Why you might stand out from other talent:** + Bullet out any preferred skillsClick here to view how Epsilon transforms marketing with 1 View, 1 Vision, 1 Voice.
