Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated. **Your key responsibilities** + Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality performance. + Identify areas for improvement and work closely with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives (such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen). + Manage a team of quality control professionals. + Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members to ensure quality standards are met. + Conduct training sessions for employees on quality policies, procedures, and best practices + Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established quality standards. + Prepare for external audits and work closely with regulatory agencies or third-party auditors. + Monitor and improve the quality of materials and services provided by external suppliers. + Maintain accurate records of quality-related issues, audits, inspections, and tests. + Prepare and present detailed reports on quality performance to upper management. + Address customer complaints related to product/service quality. + Analyze customer feedback and resolve quality-related issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. + Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations, including LSRs, GMP, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and workplace safety protocols. + Demonstrate their commitment to SHE by exhibiting exemplary behavior, acting as role models, visibly participating in SHE activities, and by holding all staff, including line management and supervision, responsible and accountable for the implementation of the SHE management systems. + Accountable for SHE/Quality and shall ensure compliance with the Group SHE/Quality policy, SHE Requirements, Quality Essentials, Life-Saving Rules (LSR’s) and legislation. **We bring** + Innovative and safe working environment + Good work-life balance + Culture that drives to perform at fullest potential. **You bring** + Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry is preferred. + Several years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or quality control in a relevant industry. + Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485). + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent communication and leadership skills. + Proficiency in quality tools like root cause analysis, fishbone diagrams, and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA). + Minimum of 3-5 years process improvement experience in the flavor and fragrance industry will be an added advantage + Ability to operate & troubleshoot equipment + Strong knowledge of safety procedures, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and quality control standards **Equal opportunities commitment** dsm-firmenich is fully dedicated to inclusion because when people feel engaged and empowered, their creativity and innovation drives unprecedented progress.
