Raytheon’s LADS (Land & Air Defense Systems) Strategic Business Unit is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual for the role of Requirements and Capabilities Army Aviation and Offensive & Defensive Fires Portfolio Lead at the Associate Director level. This position involves interfacing with PEO Aviation, Ft. Novosel, AvMC, PEO Missiles and Space and its subordinate programs, requiring extensive knowledge of the customer's organization, processes, and mission sets. The Associate Director will be responsible for implementing innovative business capture strategies and conducting effective customer engagements. While primarily based within the LADS organization, this role also entails supporting other Raytheon Strategic Business Units and RTX businesses in achieving Army Aviation objectives and Fires initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams across various geographic locations, and demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders is crucial. The Associate Director should possess a deep understanding of the Army Aviation sector and exhibit strategic thinking and leadership capabilities to drive success across our initiatives. **What You Will Do** + Customer Interface and Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for Army Aviation and coordination between Offensive & Defensive Fires stakeholders and respective subordinate commands, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand and align our strategies with the customer’s organizational processes and mission sets. + Business Capture Strategies and Pipeline Development: Develop and implement creative and effective business capture strategies tailored to Army Aviation’s and Fires unique requirements and goals including growth pipeline development + Cross-business Support: While primarily home-roomed within the LADS organization, provide support to other Raytheon Strategic Business Units and RTX businesses in developing and achieving their Army Aviation and Fires objectives + Capture Management: Manage multiple captures simultaneously, ensuring all capture gates and plan deliverables are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams located in various geographic locations. + Stakeholder Influence: Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage internal and external stakeholders. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
