Overall Purpose
To direct the development and execution of business strategy for the Specialty portfolio and to ensure alignment and integration of sales & marketing strategies within and across business functions. To develop business plans to senior management, set marketing objectives and sales targets and take full accountability for the operations and sales results of the responsible franchise.

Provide Strategic Direction and Business Leadership
Leads the development and execution of business strategy for the Specialty Care portfolio (including rare disease and CMV), ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, mission, values, and overall strategic objectives.Optimizes the allocation and utilization of financial and non-financial resources to support strategic execution and business growth.Assesses business opportunities and risks in light of their impact on company long-term effectiveness and near-term profitability.Leads the team in developing strategic and tactical implementation plans for products, ensuring strong team readiness and effective market preparation.2. Drive Sales Growth and Market Share Expansion
Sets ambitious, outcome-driven goals linked to company and regional objectives.Allocates and mobilizes resources strategically to optimize sales effectiveness and territory coverage.Monitor the execution of activities/results to provide feedback and ensure sales force excellence and implementation effectiveness.Analyzes competitor dynamics and formulates proactive strategies to strengthen market position and capture shareLeads and oversees the sales team to ensure the execution of impactful, compliant, and patient-centric promotional activities that align with brand strategy and company values.3. Provides Leadership in People Development and Operational Excellence

Builds deep understanding of key accounts needs to deliver targeted, patient-centric strategies and support.Develops and executes key account plans that support clinical practice, improve patient outcomes, and align with ethical standards.Identifies, engages, and cultivates strong product advocates to support current and future brand success.Strengthens long-term HCP engagement by effectively differentiating the company’s products and services from competitors.Qualifications and Experiences
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA degree is a plus.10+ years of sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with specialty or rare disease market experience is a plus.Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager, ideally with experience in new product launchesDemonstrated success as a Sales (District) Manager/Sr. Sales Professional, with a strong track record of achieving results; experience in leading sales teams is an advantage.With experience in regional or global roles is preferredLeadership Attributes
