Description
We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director, End-to-End Planner for Oncology Pipeline Products. This role is responsible for meeting inventory targets, ensuring supply to customers and patients, and optimizing site resources for the manufacture and packaging of both in-line products and new product introductions.
Furthermore, the individual is responsible for the Supply Chain Operational Planning and Execution of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), Bulk, and Finished Goods to maintain targeted supply levels for our customers and patients. They proactively address, mitigate, and resolve current and potential supply issues, ranging from short-term challenges to those projected up to 36 months ahead. The individual works closely with Product Leads and the Value Chain Manager to define, align, and support brand strategies, such as New Product Launches, Network Transfers, and Portfolio Optimization. As part of the Global Supply Chain Management Organization, they will operate under our Global Operating Model and optimize supply chain metrics.
Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Own the global supply plan for Drug Substance, Drug Product & Finished Goods for the assigned internal & external manufacturing sites (up to 36-months-horizon)
· Support the launch of new strategic Oncology Pipeline products.
· Collaborate closely with the End-to-End planner for one of your key products.
· Participate and represent the assigned portfolio in Integrated Business Processes, for example: Site Supply Review, Global Supply Review, Global Brand S&OP, Demand Review and Value Chain Management Meeting.
· Manage the relationship with Sites, Demand, Finance and Commercial teams
· Ensure successful network changes / transfers
· Deliver Profit Plan, Volume Plan
· Manage Inventory and minimize write-off risks
· Oversee production capacity in the network
· Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives
· Lead Allocation Management in case of unbalancing situation between Demand and Supply
· Monitor and Resolve Exception Management through Rapid Response
· Support Event Management in case of supply at risk
· Adhere to Escalation Management: Information flow and escalation in Tier process, using team huddles and SCEM (Supply Chain Exception Management tool)
· Manage Purchase Order/Stock transfer orders
· Maintain accurate Master Data and Planning Parameters
· Support in continuous improvement projects and other strategic project execution
Qualifications
Education and Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics or closely related disciplines.
Preferably more than 7 Years of experience in multiples areas in Supply Chain, with people or cross-functional leadership and working with different regions/countries.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Advanced knowledge / expertise of SAP R/3, or similar ERP & Excel
· Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior management
· Ability to work across business areas and interface at all levels of organization
· Capability of End-to-End thinking when analyzing problems and resolving project conflicts
· Flexibility to meet the expectations of management on ad-hoc projects and reporting requests
· Excellent command of English (both written and oral)
Preferred Skills and Experience:
· APICs (CPIM, CSCP)
· Knowledge of Rapid Response
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities including long and short-term project
· Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team, using strong collaboration skills
· Results oriented with the demonstrated ability to apply strategic and decisive problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations
