Role Purpose:
As an Associate Creative Designer, you support the design of high-impact visual assets that bring campaigns and onsite experiences to life. You’ll work under the guidance of the Manager – Creative Designer to develop banners, product highlights, landing pages, and campaign visuals that align with the brand and drive performance. You’ll also be responsible for designing across desktop, mobile, and app platforms, and contribute to A/B testing based on data and performance feedback.
Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
The Associate Creative Designer supports the execution of digital visual assets across onsite and campaign channels. Reporting to the Manager – Creative Designer, this role helps bring concepts to life through banners, landing pages, and promotional visuals tailored for desktop, mobile, and app. The designer contributes to daily creative needs, ensures brand consistency, and learns through feedback and data to improve design impact.Design homepage banners, category assets, landing page visuals, and campaign creatives

Functional/Technical Competencies

Minimum Qualifications/education
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or similarMinimum experience
3+ years of digital design experience, ideally in e-commerce or fast-paced retailSkills
Creative, detail-oriented, willing to learn, able to manage multiple tasks under guidance, understands brand systems, strong written English and ArabicEagerness to grow into a senior design role through hands-on mentorship and feedback
