What success looks like in this role:

• Gains familiarity with Enterprise Applications standards, practices and methodologies.
• With guidance, performs standard Enterprise Applications tasks, including:
 o Working with clients / application users to understand business use cases, technology and related systems requirements,
 o Working with technical colleagues to diagnose user issues,
 o Designing and building infrastructure solutions, including patches and updates to existing systems,
 o Maintaining and updating end user, devices, software and related systems, and
 o Installing, configuring, developing and managing software applications and services.
• Learns and applies company and industry standard enterprise applications guidelines.
• Gains understanding of client service level agreements (SLAs) and other service / response requirements.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
