Recommend and implement network planning and evolution policies to support wireless and wireline infrastructure, corporate initiatives, and customer demand. **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Strategic Planning and Leadership: Develop network strategies, lead and mentor a team, manage planning and design activities, and influence HR decisions. • Network Design and Planning: Oversee design projects, evaluate capacity and performance, conduct feasibility studies, and ensure adherence to work processes and standards. • Project Management: Manage projects from conception to completion, allocate resources, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee construction budgets. • Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare cost estimates, monitor expenses, manage construction budgets, and provide financial reports. • Training and Development: Identify training needs, promote knowledge sharing, and manage the training, evaluation, and performance of direct reports. **Job Contribution:** Oversees operational aspects of the department, focusing on the day-to-day management of related initiatives. This role is primarily concerned with the implementation and execution of strategies developed by higher management. Typically leads entry-level and career-level staff within the organization.
