**Responsibilities**
+ Work cross functionally across Digital Manufacturing Value Teams and Business functions on alignment and execution of transformational program requirements and capability delivery to support External Manufacturing Operating Units
+ Collaborate with external manufacturers to identify digital transformation opportunities and implement solutions that enhance supply chain performance.
+ Manage the evolution, execution, and schedule of the External Manufacturing Digital Roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and divisional strategic initiatives.
+ Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and Value Teams to identify and document business needs to be enabled through digital capability
+ Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, monitor programs, and capture demand ensuring alignment with yearly Hoshin goals and five-year plans.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices within the supply chain and manufacturing processes that can be supported by digital solutions
+ Measure and report on value realization from digital initiatives, ensuring that projects deliver expected financial and operational benefits.
+ Lead and support digital capability process design sessions and/or application testing
**Preferred Experience and Skills:**
+ Preferred supply chain or pharmaceutical manufacturing process experience to help inform supply new chain visibility capability processes, new capability build and enhance production data integration.
+ Experience leveraging Lean, Six Sigma or MPS methodologies to drive end to end cross functional process optimization and digital enablement
+ Experience with Cloud and Enterprise software tools like SAP, MES, PI, Veeva, Power BI, and LIMS
+ Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Manufacturing Production Scheduling (MPS)).
+ Experience influencing without direct authority, navigating complex or matrix organizations, and successfully networking and forming partnerships with cross-functional teams
**Qualifications and Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Biomedical or Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, program management, or delivering digital solutions, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
+ Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to independently develop innovative solutions for complex problems.
+ Proven strategic thinking, decision making and strategic planning skills with a proven record of program execution
+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a globally distributed team
+ Demonstrate understanding in change execution, strategy development and value realization.

**U.S. Hybrid Work Model**

The salary range for this role is
$139,600.00 - $219,700.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
