Work with a skilled team on global healthcare advancements. **Duties and Responsibilities** + Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Principal Investigators (PIs), and clinical trial sites to support recruitment efforts and resolve any site-related challenges. + Provide strategic scientific input and review of clinical trial documents to ensure alignment with overarching project goals. + Facilitate and coordinate KOL mapping and advisory board activities to nurture tight-knit teamworks. + Conduct peer-to-peer discussions to improve clinical trial feasibility and outreach. + Assist Clinical Development Leads with strategic program assessments, competitive intelligence, and regulatory submissions. **Education and Experience** + MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent in a scientific field is required. + Confirmed experience with global clinical trials, preferably in Respiratory Medicine, Neuroscience/Ophthalmology, or Immunology/Rheumatology/Inflammation. + A minimum of 6 years in a clinical research setting post-doctorate is strongly preferred. + Strong familiarity with GCP/IHC guidelines, sophisticated trial designs, and data interpretation. **Skills** + Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a confirmed ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. + Good interpersonal, prioritization, and time management skills. + Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Clinical Databases.
