Job Title:Associate Director for Client Services

Job Overview:The Associate Director oversees a team of client service professionals within a significant market or region. This role is responsible for ensuring quality and service to clients, guaranteeing they receive maximum value from IQVIA's products and services.

Essential Functions:

Manage a team of client service professionals, providing direction, guidance, and developmental opportunities.Partner with clients to derive optimal value from IQVIA services, ensuring a seamless flow of client requirements through the delivery services process.Serve as project leader between the client and IQVIA, translating client needs into action plans with the internal service team (e.g., determining responsibilities and timeframes, negotiating resources with internal departments).Create, maintain, and monitor the client service agreement across business lines, ensuring consistency in service.Perform full assessments of client needs on a regular basis.Provide in-depth training in IQVIA databases, products, and service requirements (e.g., report-input deadlines) as needed.Partner with account management to price products.May provide input into regional and local client service strategy.

Qualifications:

Experience in Life Sciences Key Opinion Leader (KOL) identification, profiling, and engagement (Required)Bachelor's Degree (Required)Seven (7) years of related experience in the service and/or information industries (Required)Two (2) years of experience as an IQVIA Client Service Representative (Preferred)Management experience (Required)Pharmaceutical experience (Preferred)Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Preferred)Experience developing and delivering training to clients (Preferred)One (1) to two (2) years of experience using IQVIA data and products (Required)Proficient in PC applicationsBusiness acumen, including knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and applications for IQVIA dataChange management and process analysis skillsStrong communication skills, including the ability to train, present, and deal tactfully with clientsProject management experience in overseeing or contributing to complex, multi-discipline projectsManagerial skills, with a strong focus on team buildingKnowledge of IQVIA databases and report creation processAccredited in Company service certification program (Required)
