Position Summary:
The position is responsible for assisting the crew in using the RCL Application System, and clarifying questions they might have to successfully update their information in order to join their assigned vessel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Stands by the computer kiosk in order to assist CMs in using the RCL Electronic System Clarifies questions from crewmember / applicants in filling up the electronic data form Directs crewmembers / applicants to the correct parties whenever needed Assists CM in the setting up of appointment for visa application Monitors the progress of all documentation requirements of all departing crewmembers Provides information to CMs on how to renew their medicals Handles crew documents for endorsement to the correct parties Attends to crew concern regarding their sign on requirements. Communicates in advance with schedulers the list of CMs who will not be able to join as scheduled and provide a definite date when CM can join. Such other duties and responsibilities as are necessary in carrying out the business.Financial RESPONSIBILITIES (For management roles only)

Experience / Knowledge & Skills
Qualifications:
· At least 1 years of experience in document handling and customer support
· Knowledge and background of the Maritime Industry
· Knowledge of the International Maritime Organization policies
· Excellent English Communication skills (written and oral)
· Knowledge in the use of computers and software applications
· Strong interpersonal skills.
