Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and optimize production processes following comprehensive training.Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.Apply all required safety equipment and strictly adhere to safety protocols.Report any issues related to quality, efficiency, work instructions, or safety to the supervisor or line leader.Meet and exceed production standards by implementing proven methods and techniques.Assist in ISO 9000, ISO 13485, and CFR audits, contributing to flawless compliance.Undertake additional duties as required to meet the dynamic needs of the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.Outstanding communication skills to effectively report issues and collaborate with team members.Dedication to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
