Assistive Technology Support Staff

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions: 

Continual monitoring of the dashboard of assigned clients during service hours.

Following protocols and parameters for sending notifications for each client to designated contacts.

Reviewing of Assessments, ISP’s, and Parameter Sheets for all assigned clients. Must be knowledgeable and aware of all information in the client files.

Documentation of any notifications and the response given for that notification. Documentation will include great detail and meet Medicaid adequate documentation guidelines.

Notification to all designated contacts of issues via email, text or phone calls of all issues during service hours.

Immediate notification to all designated contacts in the event of power failure or malfunction of sensors.

Must report to work at the assigned location on time.

Other assigned duties as defined by the leadership of 2getherTech.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to interact and work with people effectively.

Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to mediate, compromise, and collaborate in order to work with and in several related teams of people.

Good computer skills.

Knowledge of the field of service provision.

Must pass a background check to include criminal record, and abuse/neglect training.

Must have cell phone.

Experience and Education Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age; must have a high school diploma or GED.

Experience and basic knowledge with the DD field and population is preferred.

Employment Requirements:


Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record and abuse/neglect.
Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.
All training requirements including Relias Learning at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.
Must have a cell phone
