Managing the flow of communication with banking correspondents and end customers, acting actively and receptively through messaging applications, chat and e-mail. Carrying out and monitoring notary activities, including interactions with notaries and clients to resolve pending documents. Ensuring a high level of productivity and quality, working to clear targets and committing to agreed deadlines and SLAs. Identifying and proposing process improvements to optimize performance and the customer experience. Keeping up to date with the demands of the agricultural sector, ensuring consistent analysis and adherence to market needs.This position requires analytical skills, excellent communication and a results-oriented approach in a dynamic and challenging environment **Required technical and professional expertise** '- Ease and experience with document analysis; - Previous experience in customer service would be a plus; - Analytical profile, with the ability to interpret data and information and make assertive decisions; - University degree or technologist in Administration, Law or related areas would be a plus; - Proficiency in Office suite tools, especially Excel and Word; - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and service channels; - Ability to anticipate possible problems, redefine priorities and adapt quickly to the client's ever-changing demands; - Ability to think through complex issues, developing robust solutions that meet specific customer needs; - Solid experience or aptitude in customer service, ensuring a satisfactory experience in line with business objectives.We are looking for someone who is proactive, resilient and committed to delivering high quality results in a dynamic and challenging environment. **Preferred technical and professional experience** '- Previous experience in document analysis in the banking or agricultural sector. - Experience in customer service, especially through digital channels such as messaging apps, chat and e-mail. - Academic background in Business Administration, Law or related technology courses. - Experience with notary activities, including monitoring processes in registry offices. - Advanced knowledge of Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables and data analysis tools. - Experience in environments with productivity and quality targets, demonstrating the ability to deal with strict deadlines and SLAs. - Track record of working in dynamic environments, adapting quickly to changes and client demands. - Experience in developing strategic solutions to complex problems. - Proven ability to communicate clearly, objectively and empathetically, both orally and in writing.
