Seu papel na Baxter

Supervisionar as atividades diárias de facilities do escritório de São Paulo, gerir frota, administração predial, compras de insumos e dar apoio a eventos.

O que você vai fazer:

Zelar pelo bom funcionamento do escritório, efetuando as manutenções preventivas e corretivas, e compras de insumos.

Responsável pelas aberturas de pedido e gerenciamento de pagamento com os fornecedores de facilities.

Acompanhamento do desempenho dos fornecedores, tomando ações preventivas e/ou corretivas necessárias, bem como recomendar, em parceria com encarregados e supervisores, a desqualificação de fornecedores.

Cumprir as normas, procedimentos e políticas corporativas existentes na empresa.

Atuar na Brigada de Incêndio e auxiliar a área de Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) com funções especificas relativas ao escritório.

Zelar pelos equipamentos, recursos e materiais e pelo ambiente de trabalho. Acompanhar/controlar o estoque de material de escritório, insumos de higiene e copa.

O que buscamos em você:

Ensino superior completo

Experiência de 4 a 5 anos em função de facilities.

Ter experiência com o Coupa, Concur e/ou JDE é um diferencial
