The primary goal is to support Iron Mountain Internal Customers by completing opportunity-related tactical and administrative activities during the opportunity lifecycle or relationship management cycle, which helps to enable the opportunity to revenue. This position is designed to reduce the amount of sales-related administrative activities performed by sales teams, allowing them to spend more time on selling. This role is foundational, requiring meticulous adherence to standard operating procedures and a strong focus on data accuracy and system proficiency._** **Responsibilities:** **Opportunity and Request Management:** + **_Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of requests from or related to employees in DOC Support_** + **_Act as a support to Iron Mountain Internal Customers by completing opportunity-related tactical and administrative activities._** + **_Answer and direct inquiries for information to appropriate teams when assignment to DOC Support is not warranted._** + **_Shared responsibility to triage, monitor, and route from team request queues._** **Data, Research & Reporting:** + **_Research and pull various reports and documents, including but not limited to contracts, price schedules, inventory reports, contact information, invoices, spending, and the scope of the relationship, from internal systems._** + **_Create simple Pricing Models, Pricing Quotes, and other tactical reporting as needed._** + **_Complete basic Due Diligence, Quality Assurance, Information Security Questionnaires, and other Request for Information documents._** + **_Import, consolidate, format, and analyze customer and sales data from multiple systems._** **Communication & Reporting:** + **_Keep Iron Mountain Internal Customers in the loop by maintaining and providing regular updates on open opportunities._** + **_Report and track metrics, monitoring SLAs, progress, and providing periodic status reports to relevant parties._** + **_Respond to requests for research on potential customers/customers from sales reps, utilizing both internal and external resources such as Salesforce.com, SKP, BI, LexisNexis, SecureBase, LinkedIn, and others._** + **_Effectively interact with Sales, Account Management, Commercial, and country teams to whom support will be provided._** **Process Improvement & Compliance:** + **_Will work within defined processes, procedures, and SLAs while providing support to Iron Mountain Internal Customers and sales representatives._** + **_Must be able to recognize and identify process breakdowns or situations that are not the norm and escalate those accordingly, demonstrating a solid understanding of standard workflows._** + **_Offer solutions and suggestions for process and product improvement to management, contributing to continuous improvement._** + **_Follow up and interface with internal departments requesting information and providing updates to the sales team._** + **_Other duties/projects as assigned._** **Qualifications:** + **_Language Proficiency:_** **_Mandatory fluency in English; preferred fluency in other international languages, with superior proficiency in both written and oral communication_** + **_Education/Experience:_** **_A University Degree (business, economics) in a related field is preferred. Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in sales support functions or global deal operations._** + **_Exceptional Organizational Skills:_** **_Including prioritization, scheduling, time management, responsiveness, and a sense of urgency in order to manage multiple concurrent SLAs._** + **_Exceptional Attention to Detail:_** **_Must have exceptional attention to detail and provide complete and accurate documents during the entire life cycle of the opportunity._** + **_Problem-Solving:_** **_Must possess good analytical skills. Ability to recognize and identify situations that are not the norm and escalate those accordingly._** + **_Adaptability:_** **_Demonstrate the ability to adapt to change and show a willingness to learn new methods, procedures, or techniques of working, quickly and easily._** + **_Communication & Collaboration:_** **_Professional communication skills; interpersonal skills are a key component of the role; must be able to build rapport and work collaboratively with internal and external business partners._** + **_Technical Understanding & System Proficiency:_** **_Ability to quickly learn new systems and software. Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and pricing tools. Preferred experience in Salesforce.com.
