4 Year Degree The Department of Athletics of West Virginia Wesleyan College is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Women's Softball Coach. This is a full-time, 10-month appointment. Candidates should demonstrate softball pitching coaching success; excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills; possess a strong commitment to the academic achievement of student-athletes; and the ability to act as a mentor to all student-athletes of WVWC.
The Assistant Women's Softball Coach is responsible under the direction of the head coach to recruit, teach aspects of pitching, player development, assist with group and individual practices, monitor academic performance, administrative duties, assist with fundraising, assist with fieldwork/maintenance/preparation and others as assigned by the head coach.
