A Typical Day
The Assistant Vice President Project Management manages projects that are complex in nature from conception through completion to include scope, time and cost. As the AVP Project Management , you will provide leadership to a project team or teams, to ensure projects are driven through to completion.
The Assistant VP Project Management will :
+ Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations
+ Coordinate and report on status and stability of multiple projects, progress and outcomes of work efforts
+ Ensure key project objectives, requirements, planning schedules, and cost estimates are established
+ Manage and report on changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
+ Ensure resource availability and allocation
+ Perform other related duties as required and assigned
+ Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management or related field required
+ 7+ years of project management experience in related field and 5+ years managing a staff
+ Project Management Certification (PMP) is strongly preferred
+ Expert in the use of project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, enterprise project management applications and templates)

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
+ Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
+ Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
+ Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
