Enhance Regional initiatives from transformation, standardization & optimization and growth & innovation point of view through;1) Execute AI, DX and BI initiatives and Data management & architecture, 2) Planning and execute new initiatives for transformation, standardization & optimization and growth & innovation, 3) Enhance governance framework, 4) Navigating various stakeholders to achieve initiatives & goals.

As BU/CC/Branch business analysis, Understand and support stakeholders comprehensively and deeply to solve their issues in terms of responding to/enhancing above perspectives.

Co-work with stakeholders include Regional HQ and Tokyo HQ.Contribute for improvement of engagement and talent development

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s DegreeExperience in Corporate Banking and Strategic PlanningExperience in AI, DX initiatives, Transformation ManagementFor AVP: At least 5 years of experience in Banking IndustryFor VP: At least 7 years of experience in Banking IndustryProficiency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N1 Certification, a degree from a Japanese university, or equivalent) is required due to the operational need to communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders and senior management at Tokyo Head Office, to promote business growth and strategies for the Planning Office for Asia DivisionGood communication skills, Analytical ability, Logical thinking etc.
