Assistant Vice President - Trade Credit

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Trade Credit Insurance Broking Team. This role will be based in Taiwan.

We will count on you to:

Understand the Client’s business issues, credit insurance programs and service plansIdentify the client’s trade credit needs and objectivesConduct client business meetings (with and without underwriters) under instruction from Client ExecutiveLiaise with the various divisions within Marsh to provide Client service solutionsUnderstand the Trade Credit insurance market and underwriter offeringsParticipate in new business initiatives when requestedStrives to deliver best practice, market leading service and solutionsCompetent in Microsoft Office and all relevant Marsh business applications.Manage the acquisition and renewal process as well as non-renewal services

What you need to have:

Bachelor degree holder or above.8+ years insurance experience in the trade credit field with an understanding of the Client’s business issues, credit insurance programs and service plansFrom a trade credit broker, brokerage or trade credit underwriter backgroundPreferably in a client-facing role working closely with underwriters, preparing presentations, negotiating terms with insurers.Act as a first point of contact within service team for day to day insurance queries and be proactive in servicing and anticipate any issues at an early stage.Fluency in both Chinese and English both verbal and written
