Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President- Program Manager, Client Engagements

Highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to support our Alphabet client account and operations team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting our client engagement by ensuring excellence and consistency in all client-facing materials and engagement cadences. If you have a knack for strategic communication, strong content creation skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities

• Client Cadence Management: Own the planning and coordination of client engagement cadences, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs). This involves scheduling, agenda development, and ensuring all necessary participants and materials are prepared.
• Content Creation Management: Support sales, account and operational leads in the creation, editing, and refinement of high-impact client-facing content. This includes presentations, proposals, reports, and other communication materials.
• Quality Assurance Consistency: Ensure all client-distributed materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintain a consistent voice, and are error-free. You'll be the guardian of quality for all external communications.
• Presentation Expertise: Leverage your advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides to design and develop compelling presentations for various client interactions, from routine updates to strategic proposals.
• Sales Proposal Support: Collaborate with sales leads on both proactive and reactive sales proposals, providing end-to-end support from content development and refinement to visual presentation and formatting.
• Bid Support (As Needed): Act as a dedicated bid support resource for smaller deals or when formal Bid Pro organization support is unavailable. This includes managing timelines, coordinating inputs from various stakeholders, and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality proposals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, sales teams, operations, and other internal stakeholders to gather information, align on messaging, and ensure a cohesive client experience.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in a BPO or client-facing environment.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, and impactful content.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides is essential, including advanced features and design principles.
• Experience in supporting sales cycles and contributing to proposal development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
