Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Process Mining Pre-sales Lead
In this role, you will:
Educate clients (and internal Genpact stakeholders) in the benefits of process mining technology combined with domain and change management expertise
Inspire clients with digital transformation strategies that can be deployed to help achieve their goals across their entire organizations
Responsibilities
Present demonstrations of the technology in action
Lead Program plan and solution road map development for Celonis enabled transformations (including running scoping and user requirement workshops, managing and facilitating data validation sessions)
Lead end to end Celonis implementation in the areas of AP, AR, Order Management, Procure to Pay
Work closely with client stakeholders (senior execs, business process owners, technology), Genpact stakeholders (sales, consultants, operating leaders, service line leaders, alliances legal as required) to create the right team “flying formation” to deliver successfully
Solicit requirements for Business Process Mining models, including what data they will use and how the company will use them after they are built
Prepare and connect to the respective on-premise/ Cloud source system, extract and transform customers data and design process- and customer-specific analyses
Build BPM models that are accurate, robust, and informative in ways that help our business grow even faster
Apply analytics and modeling to own and actively drive process improvement projects/initiatives within the related function
Authoritatively balance our customers’ individual BPM needs and actively participate in customer workshops.
Drafting documentation on technical procedures and processes
Understanding and translating information security measures and data processing considerations into client requirements and terms
Serve as liaison for Data engineer, analytics platform and business user and support ongoing transition/reorganization activities
Work closely with the other architects on Big Data, Databases, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or Security, as well as the Business Development teams, to enable large-scale customer use cases and drive the adoption of Data Lake for their data processing platforms.
Translate the platform analysis into business outcomes and actions required to deliver value
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
University degree in in Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Physics or related field or business related
Certified Celonis Value Assessment Expert / Value Realization Expert
Good experience on Celonis in Solutioning, Pre-Sales and leading Delivery of implementation project.
1-2 end to end Celonis implementation experience in the areas of AP, AR, Order Management, Procure to Pay as solution data engineer
Good understanding of one or more business processes like AP, AR, OM and P2P
At Experience with one of these ERP tools - Oracle / SAP as ERP (any module)
Large scale agile experience will be required. Scrum or other agile certifications will be highly preferred (PMP will not be a substituteStrong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
Experience in driving digital transformation/IT transformation or business process re-engineering
Strong communication and presentation skills
Language: English professional
Ability to design and communicate solutions and offers designed by the team to the client without assistance will be required
Strong client case study experience thinking on one’s feet will be required and will be tested in the interview process through a scenario modeling (case) experience
Overall relevant years of experience preferred
Ability to engage senior client executives, i.e., C-suite, and Line of Business Executives in one-on-one discussions.
Demonstrated experience managing deliveries across multiple projects utilizing the global delivery model spanning on-site, on-shore, and off-shore locations.
Understanding/experience of business process analysis, process modelling, process re-engineering, process architecture, process documentation, process digitilisation, lean six sigma and digital business transformations
Should be adept at managing large teams.
Delivery experience, with experience in a client facing role within leading delivery of services.
Source system/code experience: eg SQL, Python, Javascript etc Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics etc

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
