Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Functional Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with deep expertise in the SFDC platform, AI features, and prompt engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machine learning (ML) and AI models and be able to embed AI into various business processes.
Responsibilities
Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements.
Lead technical projects and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and define technical specifications.
Embed AI features into Salesforce solutions to enhance functionality and user experience.
Conduct regular system audits and implement improvements for optimization.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
Provide expert guidance on AI and ML models, including prompt engineering.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Relevant years of experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) platform
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization with strong understanding of AI and ML models
Knowledge of integrating AI features into business processes
Proven ability to lead technical projects and experience in collaborating with stakeholders to define technical specifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
Ability to develop innovative solutions to enhance system performance
Experience with prompt engineering
