We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofAssistant Vice President – Finance Operations

Principal responsibilities

Act as the central point of contact for all monthly Alternatives MI data submissions and commentary.Provide accurate and timely MI input to business stakeholders across locations.Coordinate with onshore counterparts to deliver monthly MI packs, Alternative Investments reports, and AUM-based commentaries.Track flows, commitments, and dry powder to support investment and performance analysis.Drive automation of recurring reports using tools such as Tableau, Anaplan, and Rafter.Support new MI build and take on analytics transitioned from other teams or locations.Partner with Fund Admin teams and Alt Ops to ensure alignment and consistency of fund-related data and cost center setups.Own and manage mapping processes for cost centers and product structures relevant to Alternatives.Lead system simplification initiatives and support enhancements across Finance and Business platforms.Contribute to the demise of legacy reports and design new MI dashboards to support changing business needs.
