Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Commercial Support Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Support Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for supporting business growth, providing key financial and commercial support to our account leadership and sales teams. The ideal candidate has a "win" mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo to ensure we remain competitive and profitable.
Responsibilities
Financial Analysis Forecasting
• Support the account leadership team with comprehensive financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting. This includes regular performance reviews, budget tracking, and providing strategic insights to optimize profitability.
• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance and forecast future trends.
• The role holder will work closely and in collaboration with FPA team, operations, sales to support with above tasks.
Pricing Deal Management
• Responsible for managing global rate cards (e.g., VOVO-GOVO pricing, ad-hoc procurement requests).
• Support sales team with deal administration in our CRM system (SFDC), tracking and updating "ramp movement" for new deals, and coordinating all necessary internal approvals to ensure swift and successful deal closures.
• Act as a key commercial advisor to the sales team, providing support on the commercial elements of deal closure to help them secure new business.
Contract Process Administration
• Own the entire contract administration process, ensuring all commercial agreements are accurately prepared, executed, and archived.
• Manage and maintain the central contract archiving repository, guaranteeing easy access and compliance.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing commercial and pricing processes. Identify and implement new strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce deal cycle times, and improve overall commercial support functions.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience: Relevant years of experience in a commercial, financial, or business analysis role, preferably within a fast-paced technology or service-based industry.
• Technical Skills: Proven proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce (SFDC). Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) are essential.
• Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business operations, sales cycles, financial reporting, and pricing methodologies. You should possess a strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. A "deal win" mentality and a willingness to challenge conventional thinking are crucial.
