**Position: Assistant Vice President**
**Planning and Risk Management Department**
**Key responsibilities:**
**Transaction Banking**
+ Prepare product roadmap yearly.
+ Prepare MIS report and share with regional monthly.
+ Facilitate and share knowledge and procedures about TB products to the front office team members in the branch.
+ Communicate with Head Office/TBOA for products related matters.
+ Provide training to Front Office staff for the flow of GCMS+ (Global Cash Management System), feature of new products, and other GCMS+ instruction improvement to be in line with T24’s STP process.
+ Lead for product implementation of the customers (CCT: creation common templates and Single Debit Service: make sure T24 is fully setup) and resolving the issue in co-operation with HO/TBOA.
+ Perform periodic product assessment in co-operations with relevant parties within the branch and Asia Risk Management Office (ARMO).
+ Perform outsourcing periodic review of the outsourced services with external parties. (For payroll and other internal)
+ Global Master Terms roll out and monitoring customer acceptance.
+ Organize the new products assessment to start new products development.
+ Collaborate with front office department to promote transaction banking business (new product) and provide necessary support to customer. (GCMS+, CCT and other user functional supports)
+ Webpage update from time to time.
**Operations Planning**
+ Following-up on the Head Office findings & audit recommendations. (if any)
+ To actively involved in fact finding for operations incidents and register in CORE reporting (Operation Incident) system without any delay.
+ Involve in establishing and reviewing the current existing workflows are to be in line with business needs and operations efficiency.
+ Provide efficient support to manager for project management and branch initiative (system investment budget, gyokei preparation (budget entry registration), business required document (BRD), Change Request (CR) for system development, etc.)
+ Support in preparing MIS report (customer profit data, transaction volume, etc.) and share with regional monthly.
+ Prepare the proposal and the relevant documents for new product business promotion.
+ Provide comprehensive support to the business by visiting client sites including the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of GCMS+, CCT, and other related products. ****
+ Ensure that all client issues are addressed promptly and effectively, maintaining high standards of customer service and TB related support.
+ Other ad-hoc tasks those assigned by superiors.
**Experiences:**
+ Typically, 3-5 years of experience in transaction banking or related financial services is required.
+ Experience in areas such as cash management, trade finance, payments, or other transaction banking products is highly valued.
+ Proven experience in team management, and stakeholder management is must.
**Skills:**
+ A comprehensive understanding of transaction banking products and services, such as payments, collections, trade finance, and liquidity management, is beneficial.
+ Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues (both internal and external), and senior management.
+ Proficient in building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders.
+ Experience in leading and motivating teams.
+ Skilled in managing projects and initiatives related to transaction banking.
+ Well-versed in relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
+ Capable of adapting to changing market conditions and client needs.
+ Acquainted with digital banking platforms and technologies.
+ Expertise in areas like payments, collections, and liquidity management.
+ Understanding of payment systems and processes, including payroll and bulk payments.
+ Lead and develop a team of transaction banking professionals.
+ Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and risk management policies.
