Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President– Enterprise Architect
Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Enterprise Architect to design and guide the implementation of scalable, integrated solutions using data, analytics, workflow automation, and digital technologies. This role will architect enterprise-wide systems and processes, integrating platforms across business functions and advising stakeholders on the best tools and technologies to deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Architecture Design
Develop and own the enterprise architecture strategy, frameworks, and roadmaps with a focus on data integration, analytics-driven decision-making, and digital enablement.
Map business capabilities to technology platforms, ensuring future scalability, security, and interoperability.
2. Solutioning Platform Strategy
Design end-to-end business processes leveraging a combination of ERP, CRM, data platforms, and workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Recommend best-fit systems and architecture patterns to support business priorities and transformation goals.
Lead decision-making on platform selection, including build vs. buy evaluation.
3. Systems Integration Interoperability
Oversee integration of disparate systems using ETL tools, APIs, microservices, and middleware.
Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability across applications like SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and cloud platforms.
4. Automation Workflow Optimization
Architect solutions that incorporate workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Monday.com) for ITSM, HR, finance, and other business processes.
Design and scale Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate to reduce manual tasks, increase accuracy, and improve process speed.
5. Technology Governance Enablement
Define enterprise standards for technology stack, integration, and security.
Provide governance over architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise policies and business objectives.
6. Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with business and IT leaders to understand objectives and translate them into technical roadmaps and solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on emerging technology trends, system modernization, and digital transformation.
Qualifications We Seek in You
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
experience in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or systems design.
Proven experience in architecting solutions across data, analytics, workflow, and automation domains.
Technology Platform Expertise
Strong knowledge of data analytics platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau).
Experience in ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), CRM (Salesforce), and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps).
Expertise in workflow tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and ITSM platforms.
Hands-on knowledge of RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or Blue Prism.
Familiarity with microservices architecture, REST APIs, ETL pipelines, and event-driven integration.
Soft Skills
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
Ability to influence across functions and drive alignment on complex technical decisions.
Preferred Certifications:
TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent architecture framework certification
Cloud Architect certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP)
RPA certifications (UiPath Advanced RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Master, etc.)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Architect (preferred)
