We are seeking a talented individual to join our Multinational Centre of Excellence (COE) team at Marsh Malaysia. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur Office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Our scope of service includes policy management of multinational programs, insurance renewal/sales support activities, data management, billing, and others. We are in the heart of Marsh value proposition for Multinational clients and therefore, our work allows us to stay connected to business and colleagues across the globe. We will count on you to:
Set up all new clients on Multinational network portal (Marsh Global Connect)Issue Network policy instructions via Marsh Global ConnectWork with Marsh network across countries to ensure that all compulsory documentation is provided, and all regulatory deadlines and clients’ KPIs are metLiaise with Marsh network to ensure global programs are issued, paid and all documents uploaded to Marsh Global ConnectSupport on policy premium allocations and billingsEnsure Rules of the Road are followed in all dealings with Marsh networkFoster and maintain good working relationships with the international Marsh network and insurersAssist the client team in their day-to-day queries that relate to Multinational risksAd hoc support for client teams on Multinational projects such as local policy auditsCollaborate with client executives to improve overall client experience and to provide excellent client serviceContinuously identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiencies as well as participate, monitor and/or oversee the initiativesWhat you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with minimum 5 years of experience within insurance industry.Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent. ANZIIF or ACII will be an advantage.What makes you stand out:
