Principal Responsibilities
Administration
Channel AdministrationConduct validation and appointment exercises in accordance to the business rulesMaintain registers of advisers with 3rd party licenceAdminister the coding, cessation, and assignment of policies for all ChannelsEnsure the accuracy and timely delivery of the BAU, assigned tasks, and ad-hoc assignmentsEnsure that reports are deliver timely and accuratelyReview and streamline workflow where applicableReview and update of SOP promptly where applicableAssist and handle enquiries professionally and promptlyDebt RecoveryExecute debt recovery processes promptly follow through with debt process in accordance to the SOPPrepare the monthly debt recovery update report for management teamManage instalment payment requests from departed advisersAnnual Fit Proper ExerciseEnsure that the Annual Fit Proper Exercise process is conducted in accordance to the Fit and Proper frameworkCollate results and proper reporting conducted for any breach of Fit and proper guidelines by advisersMaintain and update the SOP where applicableOther Administrative MattersMonthly check on new business submission for suspended advisersMonthly Reactivation ExerciseAdministration of Adviser’s Health Benefit and Professional Indemnity entitlementProjects
