Join us! **Job Description:** This role is responsible for providing horizontal and structured support in Risk Governance routines and optimizing workload distribution across various region. It offers a great opportunity for professional growth through participating in various assignments and initiatives within APAC Global Banking Operations. Exposure to cross-functional teams, regulatory compliance, and governance operations. Career development in risk governance, reporting and stakeholder management. **Responsibilities:** **Governance Routines & Process Optimization** + Support Risk and Business Control Function by ensuring adherence to governance routines, audits, and exams. + Work with risk leads to evaluate and enhance existing governance framework, identify gaps, inefficiencies. + Ensure proactive risk management cadence by supporting and streamlining governance routines to optimize efficiency. + Maintain well documented governance practices to enhance audit readiness and regulatory compliance. **Reporting and Transparency** + Prepare, consolidate, and analyze reports, ensuring clear and accurate documentation. + Automate and simplify reporting where possible to optimize data presentation and reduce manual workload. + Conduct regulator governance reviews and look-back to provide visibility on risk exposure and control effectiveness. + Establish strong communication with stakeholders, ensuring timely risk reporting and updates. + Partner with Risk lead to promote collaboration, inculcate proactive escalation culture in managing risk, and building greater ownership. **Skills:** + Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience. + 3-5 years working experience in banking industry, prior experience in risk management, governance will be an advantage. + Knowledge of Treasury, Trade, Credit, or similar Banking Operations processes will be an advantage. **Required Skills** + Strong analytical mindset with the ability to organizing raw data and extract meaningful insights. + Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies. + Ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a team player. + Ability to prioritize workload across multiple jurisdictions. + Good PC skills to include MS Office Products such as Excel, Tableau, familiar with macros or other tools to streamline risk reporting.
