We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Azure Data AI Delivery Leader to spearhead the execution of large-scale, enterprise-grade data transformation and AI initiatives on the Microsoft Azure platform. This leadership role is pivotal in driving innovation, ensuring delivery excellence, and maximizing business value for our global clients.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Azure cloud services, data engineering, and AI/ML solutions, along with a proven track record in leading complex transformation programs. This role demands strong client engagement, delivery governance, and the ability to lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Azure-based data and AI programs, including legacy modernization and greenfield implementations.
Define and implement delivery governance, best practices, and agile methodologies for scalable Azure solutions.
Serve as the primary client interface, aligning delivery with strategic business goals and data-driven outcomes.
Provide thought leadership in Azure data architecture, AI/ML integration, and real-time analytics.
Build and mentor a world-class team of Azure architects, data scientists, engineers, and AI specialists.
Drive continuous learning and certification across Azure, AI, and data engineering domains.
Champion DevOps, CI/CD, and automation to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in Azure, generative AI, and cloud-native data platforms.
Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and IP to enhance delivery efficiency and innovation.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards across all Azure solutions.
Optimize performance, cost, and resilience of Azure data and AI platforms.

Scenario-based architecture design
Azure OpenAI integration
Discuss ethical AI and responsible AI practices in Azure
Enterprise Architecture Strategy
Cloud-native architecture principles
Data mesh, data fabric concepts
Review of past architecture artifacts or reference models
Strategic roadmap planning for data modernization
DevOps CI/CD for Data AI
Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)
MLOps pipelines
Designing, data pipeline with CI/CD
Security, Compliance Governance
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Data encryption, masking, and classification
Regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
Design secure data architecture for a regulated industry
Project Management, Coordination, governance and closure of successful project delivery.
Managing escalations and customer interactions.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
experience in IT Services, experience in Azure and cloud-based data solutions.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proven track record in managing large-scale Azure programs, including legacy data migrations and new implementations.
Deep understanding of data engineering, ETL, and cloud-native architectures.
Strong expertise in Azure ecosystem, including Streams, Tasks, Data Sharing, and Performance Optimization.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and modern data processing frameworks.
Preferred Certifications:
Certified Azure Solution Architect.
Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Data Analytics, Google Cloud Architect, or equivalent).
PMP, ITIL, or SAFe Agile certifications for delivery governance.
