The Vice President, Ambulatory Services is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational oversight, and performance improvement of all ambulatory care services across the organization.  This role ensures access to high-quality, patient-centered care across all outpatient locations, and aligning operational priorities with clinical outcome, regulatory requirements, and financial performance goals. 

Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business or related field requiredRegistered Nurse (RN) license preferredMinimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in ambulatory care settingsKnowledge of regulatory standards including DNV, CMS helpfulStrong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and best practices in ambulatory care delivery Excellent communication skills, problem solving ability and excellent people management skillsMotivated to drive change and excellence
