We are looking for an Assistant Vessel Management Internship to join our office in Milan.
Reporting directly to Vessel Manager, you will:
Support Vessel Managers in the management of vessel costs control:Checks on proforma invoices of vessel activities, from their tracking to the approval process;Support vessel management interface with Finance Dept for cost controlling as above point;Support Vessel Managers for vessel crew movements, mainly manning plan to be kept updated in agreement with management, for both Italy and UK vessels;Vessels documentation monitoring ;Support the vessel managers to maintain the engineering documentation database.You are the right fit if you are:
Graduated in Engineering or AccountingCommunication , Relationship and Organization skillsFull proficiency in both written and spoken English, other languages as a plusHigh knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project,What we offer you:
